Charles Mukuwe (cfa)
Chairman
Charles worked for First Capital Bank, formerly Barcalys Bank of Zimbabwe in various capacities since October 1997. He started off as a trade finance specialist and moved to treasury where he worked in Zambia, Uganda and Tanzania in managerial positions in treasury, AML and forex trading.
CHARLES was Head of Credit Risk and Market Risk at Barclays Zimbabwe in 2012 and became Country Risk Officer in 2017. He was appointed Group Chief Risk Officer in 2019, a position he held till 2023 when he left the First Capital Group to pursue personal interests. Charles is a holder of BCom Financial Management Degree from UNISA. He is a certified Professional Risk Manager [PRM], holder of an MBA and ACI Dealing certificate [ACI DC]. Charles is CFA charter holder.
Daniel Chigariro
Founder /Principal Broker
DANIEL has more than 25 years working experience in the stockbroking industry. He qualified as a stockbroker in 2004 and is a registered member of the ZSE and VFEX. DANIEL is registered with SECZ as a securities dealer. He launched his career at Imara Edwards Securities (Private) Limited in 1997. DANIEL spent 4 years as Managing Director of Genesis Securities (Private) Limited.
Prior to co-founding SIGMA, he helped set-up IH Securities (Private) Limited and was appointed Managing Director, a position he held for 11 years. DANIEL was involved as sponsoring broker in the following corporate actions; Fidelity Life Assurance Limited & ZPI listing, Ariston Holdings Limited rights issue, Colcom Holdings Limited scheme of arrangement, Simbisa Limited listing on London Stock Exchange-AIM, African Sun Limited acquisition of Dawn and Caledonia listing on VFEX among other mandates. DANIEL holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (B COMPT) Degree from UNISA and is looking to enroll for the final level of CFA Charter holder program.
Tonderai Marira

TONDERAI started his stock broking career in 1996 as a trainee dealer at Intermarket Stockbrokers (Private) Limited and he qualified as a registered stockbroker in 2000. In 2005 he joined ZABG where he was
instrumental in the setting up of ZABG Stockbrokers (Private) Limited, were he worked for from 2005 to 2010 as principal broker. In 2010 he joined Platinum Securities (Private) Limited and worked there 2020. In all these institutions, TONDERAI was a team player and helped in driving these organizations’ strategic goals.
During his career TONDERAI was involved in the capital raising and listing of Econet Holdings Limited in 1998, the privatisation and subsequent listing of Dairibord Zimbabwe Holdings Limited, Cotton Company of Zimbabwe Limited, Zimre Holdings Limited, the unbundling of Nicoz Diamond Limited from Zimre Holdings Limited among others.
TONDERAI is a holder of a degree in Business Studies (BBS)(Hons)(UZ). He is a member of the ZSE, VFEX and he is also registered with SECZ as a securities dealer.

BRIGHT is a registered public accountant and an associate member of ICSA. Bright has twenty one years’ experience in practice, with 15 years at senior level. He is the founder of LESBRI Accounting (Private) Limited.
Melody Kaitano
Administrator
MELODY worked at various companies in capacities as customer care coordinator, sales representative and administrator. She began her working carrier in 2010 at Perendale Investment (Private) Limited. She also worked for Cignal Satellites and Electronics, and Architectural Aluminum covering duties in Sales and Marketing. MELODY graduated from the Institute of Administration and Commerce [IAC] in August 2012. She is a holder of a Diploma in Marketing Management.
